We are often asked why we choose to focus this important transformation specifically on faculty members in higher education when there are so many others who need clarity on their own unique genius and how to create a career that aligns with their authentic self.
Our answer, simply put, is that we believe faculty members in higher education are the most important people on the planet, because through their research, teaching, and advocacy, they are positioned to make the greatest impact in the world.
