Phase 1: DISCOVER Your Pillars of Genius
You'll answer and submit Go Deep Questions, and meet with your coach to identify your Pillars of Genius.
Phase 2: UNDERSTAND THE VALUE of your own Pillars of Genius
Unpacking how your own unique genius manifests as a benefit to the projects and people you are designed to impact, Understanding how to communicate this to others, and Identifying the building blocks essential to use your Pillars of Genius in real life. Compile all of this into your Pillars of Genius Playbook.
Phase 3: USE the Tools in Your Real Life
Apply your Pillars of Genius, supported by community and your coach while you learn - and use in areas that are important to you in your life - the 3 Essential Skills: 1) Making Decisions, 2) Writing Your Profile(s) 3) Enrolling Others in Conversation. At the end of Phase 3, you have built confidence and evidence of successfully bringing all of yourself into your work.
